How to trigger knockdown easier in Horizon 1? Everyone says you need to shoot in the legs but i saw some video where some grazers or other Sawtooths were shot literally ONCE in the leg and it already collapsed but im shooting few times and it doesnt want to go down... Does the damage number is the reason why some fall faster or slower? Or machine level? Or it needs to be shot in the unarmored area not covered by armour plates? But even when i shot it unarmored it still didnt collapse -_-.

And OH MY GOD how can you guys handle this???? I’m on ultra hard and I swear I could beat a thunderjaw blindfolded with 1 arm and no sound with only the e key on my keyboard. Horizon forbidden west is so much harder than zero dawn. Zero dawn is the sun compared to forbidden west which is Proxima Centauri. Because oh my god I’m even playing on ultra hard 💀

Is anyone able to show me a map of zero dawn and forbidden west with the different territories and which clans and tribes are over what?

I can't find the Behemoth Convoy, and I know where is it, I searched for it and i can't find it. Has it been removed from the Game? I only see de Shellwalkers Convoy in map. I know the route but...

Is there anything I can do? I can't quit the fight now because the second stage was a pain and I don't want to do that again. I've been trying her third stage for over an hour and I can't seem to figure it out. I'm using the Radial Blast valor surge but I can't charge it up before she kills me. Also, her attacks are too fast and I can't manage a hit.

Hey all, I'm Leto. I've been playing and enjoying Horizon Forbidden West lately and I would like to contribute to this wiki about that game. Thing is, I don't know where to start or what this wiki needs right now. I have some experience with other wikis, mostly in the DC Database, writing synopsis and character bios, creating missing pages, and uploading images. The first time I played HFW was on story mode, and I never really bothered with the arena. Currently, I am compelled to procure some of the legendary arena weapons for my new game+.

So, I'm searching for advice on how to efficiently win the arena challenges, now in story mode or in my normal mode new game+ run.

Ok so it looks like I'm finally about to play Forbidden West, so, dear experts of this wiki, is there anything I ABSOLUTELY should know about before playing? E.g. different button mappings which will require me to change my 300-hour HZD muscle memory or something like that?

What's the best outfit and weave build in HFW? I've just recently bumped up to a harder difficulty and I have this question. Right now, I'm using all of the NG+ weapons with the exception of the Tripcaster and Shredder Gauntlet. I'm wearing the Carja Shadow outfit upgraded to the max with an everything resist weave. Whats the best sharpshooter bow, besides the arena rewards?

Normally in HZD when you kill something or remove a component a little message pops up on the right-hand side saying what kind of kill, what EXP you got, etc. (e.g. "Wildlife kill, 50 EXP", "Machine kill, 900 EXP, Stealth Kill, +25 EXP" or whatever).

Does anyone know what setting toggles this on and off?

Somehow it got turned off in one of my saves -- no idea how it happened, but these messages no longer appear. I loaded a different save and they're still there, so it must be some setting specific to that save, but I can't find anything in the Settings menu that seems to be responsible for this.

Why do we have a 'Tenakth Tribe Members' category if all the tribe members are categorised under their clan?

When listing the sources for a particular resource on the infobox, do we simply go with the inventory description (e.g. Harvested from Birds found in the Daunt and No Man's Land) or individually list the sources (e.g. Crow, Jay, etc)?
