Purgewater, easily. It makes all elemental reliant machines useless. Sorchers? Useless. All Bellowback variants? Useless. Slaugtherspine? Useless.

The lore behind it is that Aloy knows that the Tallneck is harmless, all it does is collect data from other machines. She won't hurt anything that isn't hostile towards her.

Later on in Forbidden West, you'll find a Tallneck that has already been damaged. Aloy, then needs to make it fall down by weighing it down. When the Tallneck is falling she says "I'm sorry, Big Guy." This further proves my previous statement.
