Thread is nearly three years old mate.
It's 100% NOT AI. They're smart enough to know that it will lead to extreme controversy and even potentially some stores removing it from shelves
They're either gonna write Sylens death into the early story as the "turning point" (Proving massacre, Embassy assault) or recast him, with the second being more likely
You could always pull a Forbidden West and scatter some Tribe encampments and small towns around the map.
It's either 1, 4, or 5 just because they could be directly important to the story rather than a background element of the lore
Going 4 though

Helis got completely destroyed by Aloy with a small platoon of soldiers to back him up. Regalla held her own against Aloy, personally bested the best Tenakth soldier in combat, and led a revolution singlehandedly (excluding some help from Sylens).
Don't necropost BTW, this is from April 2022
Modern technology exclusively? Quen.
General "technology"? Carja
Shown as in flashback sequences? Probably not. It's already pretty well explained
Maybe not directly building, but I'd love the ability to summon any overridden machine to your location every once in a while (not including ones like tremortusks)
Only gods of the human race are capable of understanding this post
People ship Aloy with Varl? I can at least kind of see the point of Erend and definitely Seyka, but Varl already had a happy relationship with Zo in the second game and literally had sex with her while there was never any romantic tension between either in the first game
Yeah, I sort of miss the focus on tribal life and the tribal civilizations like the Carja. The Regalla conflict in the Tenakth tribe and the new tribes are pretty amazing, but it feels like they were sort of sidelined in exchange for the GAIA and Zenith focused plot. They did a pretty good job with the Quen, though, but the Utaru tribe seems slightly underused.
One of the aspects I felt HZD did better
I don't think there are any quests/side quests, but a lot of the activities are in HFW, like the melee pits, arena, machine race things, etc.
You could also always start a NG+
Define radiant quests
I think Beta, if playable, should be like the Mary Jane Watson or just a secondary "less combat, more stealth and puzzles" character playable during key story segments, like if she needed to sneak into the base of (insert new human enemies with technological advancements here)
I think being able to play as Beta is a reasonable possibility, but playing as Elisabet? I don't really think so, to be honest
Tilda's dead. As cool as some people think her coming back might be, it makes no sense and doing that would completely ruin FW's climax. It's sort of like William Afton
Yeah, no. They would have woken up by then and I'd prefer to just keep all of the Old Ones dead. It ruins a lot of the story if it turns out a lot of the Old Ones were alive for most of Project Zero Dawn and it's aftermath (excluding people like the Zeniths, Ted Faro, etc)
An extremely important part of Aloy's character development in the first game was of her overcoming the fact that she was just a clone of Elisabet Sobeck and becoming somewhat her own unique person. I think she cares a lot about Sobeck now and honors her in many ways, but I don't think she would.
