In my mind in the direct aftermath of Ted deleting Apollo and killing the original Alpha’s, that he either via Omega Cearlance would have counted any attempts by GIAI to order the creation of a new Alpha clone or that GIAI aware of the control over the system that Ted had that he could kill the Alpha clone before they were able to complete their task and would given her care for humanity and the Alpha’s would not have ordered the creation of a new Alpha clone until Ted could do nothing to harm them, explaining why she would have not created a Alpha clone at that point.

Regarding the possibility of creating a new Alpha clone after Ted had failed to obtain immortality and become inactive, given that G Prime was during the development of the Lightkeeper program created with the facilities for habitation by clones and why the original Alpha’s were still able to live their after Zero Day and would logically posses a Cradle for cloning, and why GIAI did not either Ted had left a final command saying “GIAI cannot create a clone to fix Apollo” or GIAI would understand that their would be no ability to recreate it with the Apollo Database with the only copy unknowingly with FZ or GIAI would wanting to honour Elisabet wishes of being cloned would opt not to until the complete destruction of ZD was at hand and given that it was the entire system could bypass any hypothetical command given by Ted,

Though it would be an interesting what if scenario, if GIAI had potentially before the full birth of the new generation of humans would have ordered the creation of an Alpha to each of the Cradles and the clone of Elisabet to G Prime and though not having the full Apollo Database would have knowledge of the development and information needed to build each aspect of the Terraforming System, that would be a not insignificant collection of knowledge that would at least jumpstart some aspects of civilisation, though being more technical and lacking the majority of cultural achievement short of anything that the original Alpha’s in Datapoints may have left behind that would have bypassed several centuries of redevelopment by educating the new cloned Alpha’s to educate the new generation of humans,

What do you think, any thoughts or opinions?

I could see the possibility that Aloy knowing that Apollo before it’s removal by Ted was to educate the new generation of humans about the Old World and her personality of regularly encouraging others to question their world and generally helping others, would seek to give humanity the opportunity to learn from the Old World, with that idea being balanced by her understanding that the differences in Tribes would lead to complications.

With the potential that Aloy would at first start with the leaders of each Tribe and potentially ensure that the knowledge that Aloy would give them would at first fit into their respective cultures would not completely destroy their world views, with the possibility that Aloy would move the world aware of ZD and Elisabet but would in part to avoid questions about Aloy and Beta being her clones, and that they would have power over ZD for their protection and that others would not seek to find ways to hypothetically control another clone to control the system and possibly being worshipped as a goddess, even more than being referred to as Anointed or Living Ancestor,

With the possibility that the third games events could have the question of how to fully explain the full totality of the Old World and how some people would accept it or reject it, with the possibility that Aloy would create a new focus network or library where she would allow for information about the Old World to be free and accessible to those who wish to learn, with the possibility that in attempting to educate those around her she might unwittingly create a problem for herself, with either some being unsatisfied with the knowledge that Aloy would have and trying to take it by force or some being unwilling to allow such knowledge like the Queen’s board of overseers, that could attempt to destroy others who have access to “The Legacy” and control Apollo for themselves,

In my mind a potential storyline given where Burning Shores ended the story and the fact that HEPHAESTUS is still active and most likely evolved due to coming into contact with FZ technology and that if NEMESIS needed to travel to Earth at the same speed of FZ and left at the time when the Extinction Signal ended after 17 years, with the travel time meaning that a longer time jump in between the second and third games would be needed, with the Online Game and possibly the Upcoming TV Show as well would show some events in between:

With the possibility that Alloy knowing that with HEPH still creating newer machines, having the APOLLO database and searching for a way to defeat NEMESIS would maybe with the help of the Hunters Lodge would create a new group or expand the organisation, with Alloy and possibly Beta having a leading role in the group, with Alloy leading the hunting of machines with the hunters and thus the players gaining a Focus and Beta leading the group in reintroducing the lost knowledge of APOLLO to the world

with each major update the online game could slowly advance the timeline and show the effects of their progress with the potential that in the beginning there could be only a single individual in a town with a Focus to a small database across point to the larger APOLLO database with some newer forms of farming infrastructure introduced, with the possibility that some knowledge would be limited such as the creation of highly destructive weapons or override tech mainly how to awaken a Metal Devil, in addition to increasing the number and variety of machines.
