Nemesis, Hades, and Helis though. Helis never had many sympathetic emotions due to his backstory, Nemesis and Hades are both basically malevolent, malicious A.I who stop at nothing to get their goal. The zeniths too, but they are egocentrical and self centered rather than pure evil.

Ay let's be honest Helis hasn't got any excuse, I mean the AIs have built-in code that influences their actions. Like Sampaioe said the Zeniths are just very egotistical, and Jiran is literally the Mad Sun-King.

Sylens isn't an antagonist, according to his wiki page he is a deuteragonist. The definition of antagonist is 1 : one that contends with or opposes another : adversary, opponent political antagonists. Sylens doesn't oppose Aloy, he just works to his own objectives.

Sylens isn't "evil" as much as he has very little empathy and will do bad things to himself and other people to gain knowledge.

I think that Hephaestus boader the line between psychopath and sociopath the psychopath part is that he does not feel sorry and we know from cyan that AI can have emotions and the sociopath part is that he learned it beacuse the humans were hunting his machines he is still at fault for killing hundreds of people a year.
