I believe he’ll appear considering that ending cutscene with Sylens, but I don’t think that will be the main focus of the game.

Yes well at the end of HZD, Sylens captures him in the lantern thing so I don’t think he’s completely “dead” just weakened. I assume Hades will return to fill that part of the plot in.

I’m trying to work out if the think at the end is HADES or something Sylens thought was HADES?

In the FW trailer we also see 3 more red lights like that in the sky, and I’m wondering if they are actually ‘the unknown signal’ - bearing in mind HADES attacked Gaia with a virus immediately after the signal was detected. Something that infects AI-level machines?

If it’s HADES itself then it brings into the question what the master override did at all. (Which may be reading too much into it, but Aloy didn’t just instruct it to counteract the command to the Faro machines)

I honestly don't know but I think Sylens has something planned
